Rick and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

 I an continually amazed as the ineptitude or any person that is a member
of this forum failing to understand that such comments and/or remarks
irrespective of their lack of accuracy, that this forum has nothing to
do with Iraq or events happening there...  Oh, and I believe this
poster or form member meant rule not "rool"...
