Does the gTLD Registry Constituency still exist?

A visit to its site shows the Event Calendar has not been updated since
2001. Other sections seem similarly dormant!

Not so. The monthly operator reports at
http://www.gtldregistries.org/reports.html show activity up to June 2003,
with the VeriSign marketing machine preceding each one with an ad.
