  Well yes for browsers, I would agree.  Yet most stakeholders
use MSIE.

  Oh?  Well that seems a little bit of a high percentage.  Where
did  you get that figure?  Or is it a WAG?

  It is my own personal experience that yes, deleting Kazza does not
remove all of the parasites.  Hence why the MSIE updates and
other specialized software for doing so is available and fairly widely
