Hello,

I see the announcement at:

http://www.icann.org/announcements/advisory-03oct03.htm

However, there is no mention of VeriSign returning the audited gross
revenues they earned over the period, as demanded in point (d) of the
Petition at:

http://www.whois.sc/verisign-dns/

(the first 10,000 signatures were printed and sent by FedEx a couple of
weeks ago) A payment to the GNSO in the name of the Non-Commercial
Constituency would suffice.

Given that:

"The contractual inconsistencies include, violation of the Code of
Conduct and equal access obligations agreed to by VeriSign, failure to
comply with the obligation to act as a neutral registry service
provider, failure to comply with the Registry-Registrar Protocol,
failure to comply with domain registration limitations, and provision
of an unauthorized Registry Service."

it would only be proper for ICANN to ensure that VeriSign and its
associates have not profited from their reckless behaviour.

Sincerely,

George Kirikos
