Richard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

  It it likely and would not be surprising if the ICANN BoD and
staff have a short list of best candidates for a potential replacement
for the .INFO registry should such be a serious consideration.  Any
other business entities will of course have an opportunity to put
forth a proposal for appearances sake, but will never be considered
seriously given the last go round's history.

  Sunrise was not only unnecessary but has been shown and proven
to to have been a fiasco of nearly gargantuan proportions.
