Karl and all former DNSO GA members,
Here we disagree. "Stakeholders" as it realistically applies
is any User or Domain name holder/registrant. This is true
for citizens of countries whom have ccTLD's, as well as
those that are not citizens that have registrations or related
interests in internet related businesses or resources in those
respected countries.
