Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

  I think it is very difficult to predict what the state of California
will be doing in the near or mid term given especially, recent
events with the upcoming recall election bringing out so
many "Interesting" candidates.  So Eric, you might be
well advised to curtail such proclamations...
