All,

  When will the ICANN leadership get the message?  I do not know!  But
it is clear that they do not have a comprehensive understanding or
network security or even much care as to same.  However much knowledge
is in the public arena that ICANN seemingly is ignoring or does not
make themselves aware of adequately.  Wo yet again here is some
information that might help ICANN become better aware or otherwise
give serious consideration to as it is clear now and has been that
given their use of "Wiki's" on their own website, they are obviously
not aware of as to the impact of errant uses of has on interconnected
