  FWIW this process needs to be far more open and above board that it
is currently.
That said however, now that the info has seen the light of day it is
time for user/consumer
groups and interested individuals to weigh in.  My guess is that some
consumer and Internet
user groups will do so, many will not or are not of a like mind in
crafting a better comprehensive
alternative.  Lets see if the GA has the willingness and capacity to
do so.  ????
