[ga] Delays/underliverable via email to Dr. Pellet new ICANN user rep. "Appointee"

  As an FYI, seems in some instances delivery to Dr. Pellet ICANN's new
user rep. to his Email address courriel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx are either
non-deliverable
of significant delayed.  Seems also that Dr. Pellet's domain name maps to
microsoft according to NIC France.  As such it would seem that perhaps
a better Email contact address for Dr. Pellet would be advisable if as a
user rep. "Appointee" Dr. Pellet is to be responsive and thereby effective
is servicing users concerns/complaints and/or other needs to which ICANN
and the user community should expect as a matter of good service.

  I am sure that ICANN and Dr. Pellet desires to service users issues, concerns
and/or requirements as well as those nation states in which various user
regulations or laws may otherwise require accordingly.

  Perhaps in the near term ICANN will be assigning Dr. Pellet and ICANN.ORG
email address which will be plainly published.  I am sure that the US department
of Commerce will be looking forward to such as likely will other nations states
similar agencies accordingly.
