  To me anyway this report seems a bit watered down in places.  Seems
also that many of ICANN's biggest SIG participants nation states in which
those SIGS hail from are under some scrutiny that in some folks view might
be a cloud over their stated agendas and/or intents over a broad range of
issues.  Others views of course may vary.
