It turns out there's a new twist to this story:

The public deserves answers, not quiet revisions to history. Why is ICANN not 
bringing UDRP providers under contract, in order to ensure accountability and 
minimum standards? Why is this important issue not on the agenda for the 
upcoming Board meeting, and indeed was ignored in the prior meeting?
