George,
How much do these modern day scribes get per word for writing up this stuff?

Hi folks,
To followup on my prior article:
http://www.circleid.com/posts/20100423_naf_copying_pasting_nonsense_into_udrp_decisions/
the good folks at NAF were caught with the old copy/paste again. There was a
recent UDRP regarding AdventureRV.com where the complainant not only lost, but
was found to have engaged in Reverse Domain Name Hijacking:
http://domains.adrforum.com/domains/decisions/1300901.htm
However, in NAF's index of cases, it's listed as "Transferred"! Here's the
annotated screenshot:

ICANN continues its silence over this issue of performance standards for UDRP
providers. While ICANN-accredited registrars are subject to compliance:
http://www.icann.org/en/compliance/
UDRP providers are not being supervised, because they are not even under any
contract with ICANN.
Sincerely,
George Kirikos
