All,

  I have to wonder how many ICANN registries, and more importantly
registrars, will be effected.  ???  My guess is that GoDaddy will
be an early on effected service provider....  I would also guess
that CNNIC and RIPE would be early on effected providers as well...
And given their rather 'Checkered' history to put it nicely, so they
should be.
