  Given recent remarks regarding another attempt at GA/Registrant
Constituency formation, I though the following very well done
speech before the EU parliment by Vice-president Biden regarding
in part Data Privacy demonstrates the importance of same to 
any and all GA or other constituency, current of future participants.
