I see this a good a positive direction, perhaps the penalities are
too lenient, and some additional menial labor for violators during
off work hours or after they are fired in addition would for good
measure incentivize both private and government sector violators
into being more considerate of their fellow citizens accordingly.
I hope both the USG and other states will follow suit with
Mass. on this one.
P.S.: I suppose this means that any ICANN registries located
in Mass. will be seriously considering moving to some other
local soon.
