No, I'm not saying it is cool. On the other hand, some progress is
noticeable; two-house GNSO model with acceptable stakeholder
representation seems to be approved by the board. The constituency
representation in the non-contracted non-commercial 'half-house' is not
clear yet but it's on the table. If hard-wire nomination of GNSO
councilors proposed by SICK will be replaced by some sort of transparent
election then we can perhaps start getting champagne corks popped... not
to enjoy too soon though.

Did I get this straight?  You are saying 2 months is cool?  Seems to me
that the board has had 10 years to decide this issue. It began when both
Peter and Jon were alive. Ester and Vinton are both still here and the
registrants are not.

I received no formal response, only a note that the letter had been
distributed to the entire board (as opposed to only to the Structural
Improvements Committee).
