so as well is "Allowed"</P>
<P>to do so with relative impunity.&nbsp; ICANN is limited as to what it 
actually do about such continuing</P>
<P>abuse other than dis-accrediting GoDaddy as a ICANN Registrar, which IMO 
ICANN should have</P>
<P>done some time ago now.&nbsp; Given that GoDaddy is ICANN single largest 
volume Registrar and</P>
<P>as such a significant source of revinue for ICANN seems to me that there is 
motivation at least</P>
<P>for ICANN to be reluctant to take draconian action such as dis-accrediting 
GoDaddy.&nbsp; I personally</P>
<P>find that logic if extant to be utter nonsense if ICANN seeks balance as it 
purports to seek.&nbsp; Rather</P>
<P>it appears that ICANN in the case of GoDaddy as well as with other 
Registrars is much more</P>
<P>interested in the fees for funding than they are as a public service global
