Here is a simplified but seemingly accurate account of the advisory;
I think Tim Ruiz and GoDaddy know they continue to violate the principals
here. I think ICANN knows that they know that we know and you know blah blah
blah. ICANN continures to refuse to act as an enforcement police group.
Sounds bad until you consider the alternative.
