Sorry about your start up time being overshadowed by the JPA hoopla.
 
I think I can speak for most.  Good luck and we are with you.  Keep your posts 
here on this under the #8 Registrants Representation thread.  I will try to 
keep that area focused as a support mechanism for you (of course that also 
deals with detractions).
 
It would be my hope that you keep your focus on registrants.  Get it up and 
running. Stay the course and do not be unfocused by "individual representation" 
demands.  Different Goose that needs it's own pond. Send those invividualistic, 
user, dotcommoner bastards on over here. We need those runamuck arrogant self 
designated rebels. Keep your "club" centered on the two distinct type of folk 
with skin in the game.
 
I intentionally deride and point out the difference and I believe we should 
celebrate in that diversity and not pollute your field.

ICANN Staff has asked that those interested in forming a new constituency fill 
out the form below.  

Joop and I have declared our interest in launching a constituency effort for 
the registrant community.  We would ask you if you have an interest in joining 
such an effort to please take a minute to submit responses to Staff's 
questions.  As bootstraps, we'll do our best to integrate your collective views 
into the language that will ultimately be submitted on this form.   As we do 
not wish to monopolize discussions on the GA list, we will welcome offlist 
replies.

Section 1.0:  Constituency Mission/Purpose

1.1    What name/title do you propose to give the new constituency and in which 
Stakeholder Group are you recommending that it be associated, including 
rationale?

1.2    What is the intended purpose of the new constituency?  

1.3    How will the addition of this constituency improve the GNSO’s ability to 
carry out its policy-development responsibilities? 

1.4    How will the establishment of this new constituency augment, complement, 
and otherwise contribute differential or unique value to the GNSO and ICANN’s 
existing structures?  

Section 2.0:  Membership

2.1    What connection do you have to this proposed constituency and what 
membership representation do you propose (e.g. market/interest-area/community; 
expertise/knowledge of members).  

2.2    If this constituency will be formed from other pre-existing entities, 
please describe current memberships, including size/reach, and any public 
exposure offered (e.g. websites, email lists). 

2.3    What organizations/entities would be eligible/ineligible to join this 
constituency? 

2.4    How would the Constituency adequately represent its membership on a 
global basis?  

2.5    What plans for recruitment/expansion do you envision for the 
constituency?
