Unless certain people in the GNSO are just outright not telling the truth.  
ICANN staff is directly responsible for denying public participation in the GA. 
Avri has repeatedly and publicly denied any interference. There is no reason to 
believe that Glen would have anything to do with such malfeasance. It just 
makes no sense the Secretariat would get involved.
 
This fellow has repeatedly bragged, no that is too harsh, boasted is better, 
that he controls the GA.  That he is the one responsible, to no one, in running 
the only General Assembly list in ICANN.  And that he has shut it down.  Kent

This of course is in direct violations of the history and mandate found in the

These are legal and scrutinzed by high priced lawyers and formally adopted by a

Again the self determination of the GA is established in a legally binding 
document.
 
(as you can see from this, after fancy lawyering and removal of language -- the 
GNSO adoption, formally of the list rules took out the role of the GNSO Chair 
and effectively in a legal ICANN document made me {although yet to be elected} 
a god) Not fun.
 
Avri I note in an election last December was elected until a new board is 
formed. Me -- I get no relief.

Rod Beckstrom - I am a monitor of the GA appointed by it's chair Hugh Deirker. 
The GNSO is participating in a scam against members of the general assembly. 
Mr. Jeffery Williams was illegally removed as a member of the GA list. And now 
he is being denied his right to participate. He is being unjustly and abusively 
censored by the secretariat of the GNSO.

Your job Rod is to fix the problem - report back - and ensure the secretariate 
supports the GA being the first general assembly for the ICANN experiment.

  Thanks for the info and update.  As you may know I am for reasons yet 
revieled to me,
banned from posting to the GA.  Seems that whomever is the list admin has yet 
again
erred in his/her duties.  Typical ICANN mess up.
 
  As to the info below you so kindly provided, one has to wonder why ICANN 
and/or
the DOC/NTIA has yet to take appropriate and immediate action here, or if they 
ever
will?  Perhaps the foot dragging in due to unknown factors or pending further 
investiagation
by USDOJ?  If not seems to me that the FTC should be looking into this a bit 
closer.

Interesting - KOC the turkish ISP is a reseller in the INAIC scam. Check it

Panel has either been living under a rock for 8 years (since IDN domains were 
introduced) or is prejudice against the respondent.

I'm amazed myself. KOÇ.com is xn--ko-5ia.com in idn. Not very pretty but it 
kills the argument.
 

Considering the complainant already has KOÇ.com, and had unsuccessfully tried 
to take koc.com away via UDRP once before, this decisions reflects just how 
broken the UDRP process is.

and the hypocrisy of it all.
 

Especially when you consider that this same panelist denied the transfer of 
yapifuari.com in 
http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2009/d2009-0573.html because 
"yapi fuari" is a generic term, yet in this case with "koç" which is the word 
for "Ram" and the word for the Aries star sign, he refuses the generic defense, 
even not bothering to mention it in the "Rights or Legitimate Interests" 
section of the decision even though mentioning that the respondent raised the 
matter earlier in the decision.

Kangaroo court?
