[ga] Call for Nominations; As Chair

September 30th shall be the day for election of a new chair for the GA.
 
Nominations will be made on the list.
 
Nominations will run from this time forward for 5 days.
 
The rules found here will be followed:

The chair of the GNSO will have no role to play in the elections.
 
The Secretariat is hereby notified to prepare a voting booth and to verify all 
those eligible to vote.
 
If there is lack of participation sufficient for the election of a new chair, I 
will remain and call for new elections every 90 days.
 
If there is lack of participation enough to appoint an election committee, the 
chair will act as the committee.
 
If there is a conflict with the above cited version of rules, the rules 
approved by the GNSO shall govern. With the exception of previous serving list 
monitors. The open seat shall be filled by the first poster to complain of 
postings.
 
Pursuant to the above cited list rules, the Chair shall act as final arbiter of 
any suspensions or blocking of registration or current suspensions, and 
pursuant to that concept: at this time no individual is to be blocked in any 
way from participation in the GA.
Kent Crispin and the Secretariat are at this time directed to remove any 
restrictions on any member posts to the GA.
