It kind of reminds me of the single 20 yr old sign on the fishing peir. It says 
"no fishing".
Of course one gal has fashioned some kind of fishing gear out of the pole. Or 
better, the WC sign that says employees only. Whos employees?
 
So I think we should all abide by the rules.
