Tim and all,
Thanks for your input and declaration. However it doesn't
quite meet the smell test. I applaud that Godaddy is desiring
to meet the needs of it's clients/registrants that want a level of
privacy. Yet privacy has little to do with cybersquatting and
you know this, or should know. The miss use of Domains By Proxy
to register for it's clients as an agent for GoDaddy and than
squatting on those same domain names is not doing so to provide
privacy as the primary motivation but being used as an excuse
for being misleading and therefore dishonest. That's not an expectable
method of providing privacy of Registrants nor is providing a privacy
service a reasonable excuse for cybersquatting. Whearhousing of
Domain Names is not creditable.
