  Despite the ALAC's supposed leaderships claim that the shut
down of a well known hoster, and a reduction of spam by 2/3rds,
a significantly ridiculously high claim, it is clear that the spam and
security problems with ICANN registrars and registrants of those
errant registrars is growing significantly based on much more
independent and WELL researched sources, see:

Seems that the ALAC has yet again demonstrated it's lack
of accurate information again...  Much like ICANN I suppose...
