Precisely Joe...
Keep out individual users? Individual users are not allowed to become members
of ICANN's individual users' group. It's so ironical.
To become a member you have to go through the filter and control of joining a
group, and that group has to be acceptable to ICANN, and then - if you look at
the history of ALAC - it's really been about a handful of representatives of
these selected groups who've posted messages and so on.
The wide world of millions of ordinary individuals have been locked out!
Just liked they kicked out Karl and the Board Members democratically elected by
individuals. That was a coup. ICANN decided never again to let individual users
join up individually, and get into the ICANN corridors of power with that
subversive idea of democracy.
ICANN is still at it.
Why oh why oh who oh why can an individual user not join an individual user's
group?
It's laughable.
There's no excuse.
Best wishes,
Richard
