  Wonderful! < sarcasm intended >  So they just punted, eh?

  I suppose in the the Domain Name tasting non solution is
yet to be implemented, the registrars and registries wanted
to use Front Running as their best method of addressing the
problem until of if the Domain Name tasting non solution
is fully implemented across all registrars and registries
which will not likely be in my lifetime.  So essentially
this whole process was another dog and pony show.  
Outstanding! < sarcasm intended >   So I suppose it's
time to get boned up again with those Restraint of Trade
statutes, eh?
