period from Mar 2007:
Mar 2007: 90.3%
Apr 2007: 90.82%
May 2007: 91.88%     ***** please note the sudden drop next month, when the
new policy was started *******
June 2007: 47.48%
July 2007: 8.17%
Aug 2007: 29.24%
Sept 2007: 31.58%
Oct 2007: 29.63%
