Danny and all,

  Read allot like a "Canned Response" that is mostly
an excuse for messing up instead of appologizing and
actually fixing Whois.  Sorry but I am not buying it,
and this announcment/notice hardly corrects the huge
lack in openness and Transparency in ICANN.
