What I, nor any of our members cannot and will not understand
is how thievery/front running/Domain Name tasting, which was created
by ICANN in the first place, ever could have been approved by
DOC/NTIA unless they missed it in their oversight activities. In any
event it's long past time to disallow this practice immediately and hold
those registries accountable for the damage that has already been done
as a result, which is basically why Chris I believe has filed suit. I hope
he sticks it out and doesn't settle out of court, he has a strong case!
