Roberto and all,

  How dismissive of you sir!  The lack of concern or even consideration
of ICANN transparency and openness seems to be a badge of honor
with you at times, and far too often.  I believe the need for open
expression of disagreement, alternative or different views and or
methods should be displayed on ICANN's web site!  From your
remark in response below, you obviously disagree.  But I also
believe the MOU was and remains clear that transparency and
openness is a requirement.
