I don't see anywhere on the ICANN Web site to indicate my opinion "yes" or
"no" on any of the points in the sample comment letter, or to send a
letter expressing the opposite opinion.
This looks like a poll in which you can only vote "yes".
Is ICANN trying to stuff NTIA's ballot box?
I am afraid you forget that the ICANN community proceeds by consensus.
