Seems that the IAB's DNS is badly misconfigured. This is
quite concerning and needs correction as soon as possible.

Seems to me that if the IAB is authoritative or desires to remain so,
it would be sure and able to manage its Domain names DNS config.
properly. I must say I am very disappointed to learn of this rather
gross indication of incompetence or lack of proper DNS management.
