I marked a vote for each of the provisions of the document, though 
I'd like to convey my vote is clearly against the entire Best 
Practices document as it currently stands rather than against the 
specific provisions.  I appreciate the work that has gone into this 
and there are some provisions that I would actually support, but not 
enough to accept them the way the current document is framed. -
