As explained on the call this morning, there is some debate as to whether the ALAC gets to vote on the Task Force's work. ICANN counsel is looking into that issue. For present purposes we are taking ALAC's vote without prejudice to the issue of whether or not that vote will ultimately count once ICANN's legal opinion is received.
