Re: [dow2tf] Proposed recommendation 3.1
I'm not sure if this belongs into the inital report or not but there
are some areas which these recommendations do not touch on but which
are directly related to them. I would like to propose that we at least
point them out as areas of further discussion. The issues I'm referring
to are:
1.) what exactly must the registrant give his consent to?
2.) what happens if the registrant does not consent to the display of
certain parts of his data?
3.) what happens if the registrant does not consent to certain methods
of display of his data?
4.) what happens if the registrant does not consent at all?
5.) what happens if the registrant withdraws its consent.
Best,
tom
