Today's discussion will focus on tiered access with a brief recap of the
discussions last week. The tiered access discussion today will focus on
feasibility and will most likely also focus on identifying the appropriate
experts. Towards the end of the call, we will also need to discuss future
scheduling and closing the loops on the previous action items involving the
conspicuous notice issues as well as the conflict with national law issues.

The agreed upon agenda for today is to start discussion of tiered
access; see the minutes from the September 14 call.
