Good point, Keith.

Whether or not any councilor (directed by their SG/C, or individually) supports 
or rejects the package, we should know & be able to share that information 
tonight.  The Public session on Wednesday shouldn't hold any surprises.

and attached here again will be used to consider the CCWG-Accountability 
Supplemental Final Proposal. As a reminder, the next deadline is:

Tuesday - 18.00 - 19.00 UTC (Informal GNSO Council meeting)

Each Council member is expected to declare which of the recommendations they 
would like to have subject to an individual roll call vote.
