Re: [council] NOT-Swapping-BUT ADDING in IOC/RC for Fake Renewal


Would it be possible to replace Elections discussion and Management work items 
and replace it with IOC/RC/IGO - we can discuss that even at a later council 
call.  This maintains our substantive agenda and also includes IOC/RC/IGO 
discussion.
