Hi,

Some thoughts,

- I would actually be curious to know how much time we were spending  
in the various activities.  Given that we have tapes of all of our  
meting, I would like to know what the percentage time spent in various  
activities is.  If I had a graduate student with the spare cycles, I  
would actually ask for some research on the topic.
- As we move forward, I will attempt to balance the time between the  
various tasks we have before us.  I am hoping that most of the  
restructure and "improvements" work can be done in the Constituencies,  
the PPSC and OSC and their working teams, allowing the council to  
focus as much as possible of policy development tasks, especially  
discussing issues reports, working on charters for WGs and looking at  
the results of WGs..  We will, however, have some administrative tasks  
dealing with the transition to take up at the council level,  
especially if we are going to meet the schedules set by the board.
