I have done my best to create a comparison between the .net RRA of 16
April 2001 and the proposed .net RRA. Note many of the changes are
also in other new gtld agreements (e.g .jobs etc).

The attached document is in word - with changes highlighted, using the
16 April 2001 document as a base.

There are a few interested changes.

E.g section 2.6 - we are now required to include our registration
agreement with our customers in the registry agreement and provide 14
days notice to the gtld registry of any changes.

Explicit mention of authorisation codes in section 2.7.1.

Section 3.3 - 18 months to comply with a change from RRP to EPP

Section 5.3 - allowing registry to collect the registrar portion of
ICANN fees

Section 6.1 (a) - a default agreement to certain changes if you don't
explicitly terminate the agreement.

New Exhibit D - describing fees.

Lots of other minor changes - not sure of significance.

I make no guarantees about the accuracy of the attached document with
changes - but hope it may be useful to constituency members. Of course
you should get your own legal advice. I am only an engineer.

Regards,
Bruce
