In <i>Fiji Rugby Union v Webmasters Limited</i>, a split WIPO panel has
ruled that the domain name 'FijiRugby.com' infringed the trademark rights
of the Fiji Rugby Union. Accordingly, it ordered the transfer of the
domain name.
