We are going to need some input to make this bottom up. Although I think Debbie and I feel like the bottom sometimes, and it is hard to think of input from Danny, Roberto, Karl, Joop and Joe as bottom up.
More important when the rules are to be adopted, and I am thinking August 6th. We need participation.
First will be a consensus style vote here to decide if we should have an election and what follows.
Of course everything is open to discourse - friendly or blasphemous.
