Sorry dude but you make no sense here.
  If your man Mr. Frederic Wallenberg tabled the motion he is your hero, if indeed you believe "Such an idea is completely irresponsible."

Such an idea is completely irresponsible. By tabling such a proposition,
I understand Mr. Frederic Wallenberg as an enemy of innovation and
creativity NOT a proponent.
