Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

I and our members disagree with the constituency model for the GNSO
all together. It is, and has been flawed from the beginning as many of
the
constituencies overlap, are too restrictive in membership requirements,
and seek to divide rather than unite the internet community as a whole.
Such a model is divisive by design/structure.

I and our members do agree whit Karl's conclusion that the ALAC is,
was, and will always be, if left in it's current form, not at all
representative
of individual stakeholders/users much in the same way that the GNSO
constituency model is. Hence those stakeholders/users that have
multiple business interests are excluded from active participation
or so far removed by design of these structures, that meaningful
participation is not really possible.
