Richard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

Good points here again Richard.  Seems like Vitorio hasn't changed a bit
and also has not heeded his once board membership direction at WGIG
and WSIS in this regard.  The old saying I recall: "no matter how things
change, they remain the same".  This saying seems to be applicable to
Vitorio all to well...
