Halfway through February, and the only posts at the ALAC forum this month are:

1. A three-line Jeff Williams message to the GA which he cc'd to the ALAC Forum

2. A message from a guy called Nigel offering to take 6-8 inches off your waistline by using Bodywrap

Is this the great central hub of the world's individual internet users? Is this where people meet and exchange views and share ideas? Is this where policy gets discussed and harnessed to represent the views of millions of users?

... Or ... does policy just get written by Thomas and Vittorio ... patched together without any active dialogue with the wider At Large...

Yes, ALAC policy simply represents the points of views of a handful of people...

... because ALAC was created by ICANN and exists for the sake of ICANN.

Its Forum is symptomatic. It is a graveyard. ALAC is a sham.

Yrs,

Richard Henderson

Footnote: does Bodywrap *really* help you lose weight?
