Elections in Iraq under Hussein. Americas votes without Indians, women, Hispanics or Blacks.
USSR elections. North Korean elections. Richstag(sp) elections. Cuban elections. South African Apartheid elections.
As long as these had or have no impact upon us, who cares?

Isn't it entirely logical that ICANN should meddle and define what this ALAC will say and do and be?
 
This ALAC is not a real At Large. It is ICANN.
