I appeal to the ICANN Board and Staff to adopt reasonable working
practices... below...

And at the same time, given NewTLDs are also of interest...
folks need the .biz Registry Evaluation Report (required under Appendix U of
the ICANN-Registry Agreement)...
"in order to have an informed discussion...
surely 15 months after they were due out...
and 12 months after ICANN said they were going to put them up...
is long enough to wait?

Having nagged ICANN in Spring 2002, Summer 2002, Autumn 2002, Winter 2002,
Spring 2003, Summer 2003 and Autumn 2003... the .info Registry Evaluation
Report suddenly appeared, as a link accessed from the original Agreement
page, and *backdated* a year!

Anyway, thanks to ICANN for finally publishing the .info Registry Evaluation
Report, but where is the .biz one? As George says, "people need these
reports in order to have an informed discussion", and the NTEPPTF
highlighted the need to release these Registry Reports, in its own report
which was adopted by the ICANN Board...

So why no sign of the .biz Evaluation report?

I'm not trying to be unreasonable, but isn't it a bit obstructive to
withhold this data when people sincerely want to participate in an informed
manner? ICANN sat on the .info report for almost a year, and presumably
they're still sitting on the .biz report, or does it even exist at all?

Perhaps Jeff Neumann could confirm that Neulevel *did* honor the Agreement
and submit the Report?

Kind regards,

Richard Henderson
