Dr. Froomkin and all,

  I believe that while Vint was on the ICANN bod, he also worked
for both Worldcom/con and later Google.  Ergo, he had other income
and as such and to that degree, fairly well dilutes you argument as
to what are and are not reasonable expenses.  Further still, Dr.
Froomkin, whether or not ICANN Bod members have stock
options has little to do with what are and are not reasonable expenses
when working for a Public service organization who's income is
largely based on "Fees/Tax" on registrants, however indirectly that
revenue stream may be collected...

  In conclusion, seems to me that your argument is weak at best...

  Frankly, allot of the travel ICANN has done and seemingly continues
to do is unnecessary as many of those meetings can be attended remotely,
and as such saving huge sums of $$ in doing so.
